Returns
You may return your Mirage Design 1309 Product within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the cap must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
How to Initiate a Return

Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item.
Package Your Item: Securely package the Mirage Design 1309 product, ensuring it is well protected during transit.
Ship the Item: Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment used for the purchase. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
